StuartWe are still buzzing! On Tuesday, 24th February, we officially launched the holiday creators with our “Around the World in One Night” event at the Mercure Hotel in Newport.
When we first started planning this business, our dream was to create a travel agency that felt personal, community-focused, and completely stress-free. Seeing so many of you walk through the doors last week to talk travel, share a glass of wine, and celebrate with us was an absolute dream come true.
If you couldn’t make it (or if you just want to relive the fun!), here is a little recap of an incredible evening.
✈️ Bringing the World to Newport
The room looked fantastic! From our boarding-pass-style welcome desk to our official cabin crew uniforms, the Mercure was transformed. Our goal was to host a completely relaxed, “no hard sell” evening where people could just pop in, grab a drink, and get inspired.
During our presentation, we truly took you around the world! We tested your travel knowledge, from guessing flight times to New York (7 to 8 hours) and Lapland (3.5 hours), to identifying iconic West End musicals like Les Misérables, Moulin Rouge, and SIX. We explored everything from UK staycations in lodges and cottages, to European river cruising, all the way to epic long-haul adventures in Kenya, South Africa, and Thailand.

We couldn’t have pulled this off without the support of our incredible travel partners. A massive shoutout to the experts who joined us in person:
- Olympic Holidays: A huge thank you to Cassie for presenting! It was amazing to hear about their bespoke packages as a Greek Specialist. From “Emerald Gems” island hopping between Skiathos, Skopelos, and Alonissos, to planning the perfect overseas wedding in Greece or Malta.
- MSC Cruises: Thank you to Daniel Short for an incredible look at life on board! We loved hearing about the MSC Virtuosa sailing from Southampton in Summer 2026, especially the “British Twists” like kettles in the cabins, Heinz ketchup, and Yorkshire Puddings! With West End-style entertainment like Dirty Dancing in Concert and LEGO kids clubs, there really is something for everyone.
🎁 Suitcases, Skincare, and an Amsterdam Break!
Of course, it wouldn’t be a launch party without some giveaways! The atmosphere during our live prize draw was electric.

Nobody went home empty-handed! Every single guest left with one of our pre-packed goody bags. Inside was a “Secret Menu” flyer packed with exclusive, event-only discounts from our amazing partners.
Plus, every attendee received a guaranteed £100 Event Gift to use toward their next booking with us. (Just a quick reminder: if you were there, you have until the end of today, Tuesday 3rd March, to use your £100 gift!)
